Another member of our committee made the only-half-joke that CB5 members will now also be barred from entering MSG, because of our vote. I went to the Beacon Theatre since then though, and that's another MSG venue, so I think we're okay.😂

Basically if you have a liquor license, you can't be discriminatory and refuse to serve certain groups. And MSG is using facial recognition technology to keep certain lawyers out of their venues: https://www.nytimes.com/2023/03/16/nyregion/madison-square-garden-liquor-investigator.html.
